§ Ms StuartThe Department and the agencies of the Department do not obtain cars or commercial vehicles from an approved list of manufacturers. The Department does not currently purchase vehicles but has a contract for the supply of lease cars. Drivers are free to lease the car of their choice, within the parameters laid down by the Department for the operation of the lease car scheme.
