(2) what estimate he has made of the (a) number of additional firearms licences that will be required to control foxes, (b) safety of lamping foxes at night with high-powered rifles and (c) total cost of compensation broken down by (i) value of animals to be destroyed, (ii) redundant property and (iii) fees and other expenses.
