§ Dawn PrimaroloThere is already VAT relief on the service of repair or maintenance of motor vehicles designed or substantially and permanently adapted to carry a disabled person in a wheelchair or on a stretcher. There is also relief for disabled people leasing vehicles through the Motability scheme: the leases for these vehicles cover servicing and repair.
