§ Mr. HillI am assured that the methodology and data used by London Underground Ltd. (LUL) to measure attributable delays are reliable. Attribution is undertaken by experienced operating representatives with the corroboration of their engineering counterparts. LUL have 107W a vested interest in getting attribution right since analysis of such information is a vital tool in identifying causes of delays and monitoring the success of remedial action taken to prevent them.
