§ Ms QuinThere have been no recent changes in the way the sheep annual premium is calculated. As part of the Action Plan for Farming, the Prime Minister announced on 30 March that this year sheep farmers will receive £22 million to compensate for the effects of exchange rate fluctuations during 1999.
