§ Mr. BoatengNone: all offenders aged 16 or over convicted of an offence for which a community sentence is appropriate may be made subject to a Drug Treatment and Testing Order provided that the court is satisfied that the offender is dependent on or has a propensity to misuse drugs, that treatment may be helpful and the offender has expressed his willingness to comply with the requirements of the order.
