§ Mr. Charles ClarkeThere is a strong tradition of good partnership working in Merseyside. We have not made any specific local assessment of it. The strategy document 'The Government's Crime Reduction Strategy', published in November, sets out plans to encourage more effective performance by local crime reduction partnerships.
