§ Mr. Charles ClarkeWe have received written representations from hon. Members, interested groups and members of the public about the Government's response to the Law Commission's report "Legislating the Criminal Code: Involuntary Manslaughter". The issue has also been raised in a number of parliamentary Questions.
We are currently considering the recommendations of the interdepartmental working group which has been considering the Law Commission's report and will consult our colleagues shortly.
