What regulations will govern the Pet Travel Scheme (PETS); and when these regulations will come into force.

The Pet Travel Pilot Scheme will start on 28 February. It is governed by the Pet Travel Scheme (Pilot Arrangements) (England) Order 1999, which comes into force on 17 January.
