§ Baroness Scotland of AsthalThe noble Lord's earlier Question touched on the responsibilities of a number of departments, including the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Northern Ireland Office and the Cabinet Office. As is normal in such cases, relevant departments were consulted over the draft reply.
