§ Mr. AllanConsiderable progress has been made over recent years in providing Members and their staff with networked information services in Parliament. There is an ongoing process of modernising and improving the Parliamentary Data and Video Network and Parliament's access to the Internet. That modernisation process is an operational matter falling within the remit of the Head of the Parliamentary Communications Directorate. I have therefore asked him to reply directly to the hon. Member.
