§ Mr. BayleyMost income is taken into consideration when assessing income related benefits. There is no disregard of payments of Invalid Care Allowance when assessing eligibility for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit. To do so would duplicate payments from public funds for the same purpose. There are no plans to change this policy.
