§ Mr. Wicks[holding answer 21 February 2000]: We have said that we will respond positively to the recommendations in the report of the Disability Rights Task force for legislation to secure civil rights for disabled people in further and higher education and in LEA—secured adult education. We will consult shortly on the contents of legislation and on implementation issues, including rights of redress.
