§ Ms Quin[holding answer 21 February 2000]: My Department's recent consultation on the draft Feedingstuff Regulations 2000, specifically requested comments on regulation 13 in order that all the implications of this proposed measure could be assessed. We will be in a position to make a decision on this issue shortly, when we have considered all the responses.
