§ Mr. HainI refer my hon. Friend to my answer of 11 February 2000,Official Report, columns 336–37W. None of these steps have been taken. There is no arms embargo on Pakistan. It is possible that some exporters with valid licences agreed before 12 October have competed deliveries under these licences.
