To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many people died in Northumberland Health Authority area as the result of the use of medicinal drugs in each of the last five years(a) accidentally, (b) in cases involving (i) suicide and (ii) self-inflicted injury and (c) in other cases; and which drug each death involved.
