§ Mr. Mike O'BrienThe outstanding issues in relation to the National Trust are on the point of being resolved. The first stage in the process of offering this property for sale will begin on 24 February, with the first of a number of open days, when prospective purchasers will have an opportunity to view the property prior to submitting sealed bids.
