§ Dr. MoonieMOD approval is required for any proposed publication of research findings, or any open discussion of such findings, between contractors and third parties, including journalists. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis with a presumption that approval will be given unless security, commercial or other overriding reasons dictate otherwise.
