§ Kate Hoey[holding answer 4 February 2000]: An application for funding for dedicated premises for a pre-school group can be considered by the National Lottery Charities Board, provided the group is a 11W charitable, philanthropic or benevolent body. The project may also be eligible for funding from other Lottery distributors, depending on its nature.
