§ Mr. Charles ClarkeI understand from the Metropolitan Police that an allegation concerning a negligent discharge of a firearm was first made anonymously. This was investigated by the Metropolitan Police's Complaints Investigation Bureau a few days after the incident, and the investigation concluded that no discharge had occurred. Since then, additional allegations have been made and the incident is being reinvestigated by the Criminal Investigation Bureau.
