§ Mr. MullinI refer the hon. Member to my answer of 11 December 2000,Official Report, column 25W. This statement informed the House that the consultation document would be published the following day. The consultation document does not contain any new statements of Government policy. Copies of the consultation document were received in the Libraries of the House and in the Vote Office on the day of publication, Tuesday 12 December. However, due to an oversight they did arrive late to the Vote Office.
