§ Janet Anderson[holding answer 11 December 2000]: On 15 June DCMS officials informed my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State of my Department's intention to provide a letter of indemnity to the Directors of the New Millennium Experience Company (NMEC). A copy of the letter of indemnity signed by my Permanent Secretary on 21 June has been placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
