§ Mr. TimmsThe main purpose of the Sustainability Fund is to deliver environmental benefits to areas subject to the environmental costs of aggregates extraction. Marine aggregate extraction is not excluded. Any decisions on the allocation of resources for devolved matters would rest with the relevant devolved Administration and Parliament or Assembly.
