§ Mr. Spellar[holding answer 15 December 2000]: My colleagues and I have had no such meetings this year. However, there is on-going contact with the airlines under the Royal Air Force Civil Airline Recruitment Scheme. In 95W the light of the continuing shortage of pilots, the Government are considering a range of options to address the problem.
