§ Mr. MullinAs was announced in the Gracious Speech given on 17 November 1999,Official Report, columns 4–7, we intend to publish a draft Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Bill for consultation during this session. My hon. Friend the Minister for Housing and Planning announced the publication of a summary of the main leasehold measures we intend to include in the draft Bill on 20 December 1999, Official Report, column 345W. Copies were placed in the Library. Following consultation on the draft Bill, we intend to bring forward legislation as soon as parliamentary time allows.
