§ Mr. HillWe have no plans to include motorway driving in the driving test. We include high-speed dual carriageways in driving test routes wherever possible, which require similar driving skills to motorways, and we examine knowledge of motorway rules in the theory test. 485W The introduction of moving image hazard perception testing, in 2002, will offer us a further opportunity to test the skills needed to drive safely on motorways.
