§ Mr. WilsonResponsibility for care and maintenance of the Forth Railway Bridge rests with Railtrack. The Rail Regulator is responsible for ensuring that Railtrack complies with its obligations under the Railways (Safety Cases) Regulations 1994 and with other legal obligations in relation to the safety of the bridge and its operations.
