The Advocate-General for ScotlandDuring the month from 11 March to 11 April there were 102 devolution notices intimated to me. Broadly the notices can be divided into nine subjects—delays in trials, lack of access to a solicitor, legal aid questions, temporary sheriffs, cases under the Road Traffic Act, hearsay evidence, covert police operations, confiscation proceedings and civil cases.
