§ Baroness Farrington of RibbletonNo Health and Social Services Trust has fully implemented Regulation 16 of the Working Time Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998. Due to the complexity of this particular regulation, its implementation is being pursued through discussions between employing authorities and staff organisations on a regional basis.
