§ Mr. Chris SmithI joined Sir John Mortimer and some members of his advisory group at their inaugural meeting in June 1999. I have had no further discussions with the group about the fourth plinth. I recently met Sir John Mortimer informally on 7 April to discuss progress and I expect to be informed of the group's recommendations in May.
