§ Mr. StringerAppointments to the Senior Civil Service by open competition are governed by the Civil Service Commissioners' Recruitment Code. The Code does not include nationality requirements for personnel involved in making such appointments.
Appointments to the Northern Ireland Civil Service are a matter for the Northern Ireland Civil Service Commissioners.
