The following table shows the primary and secondary Standard Spending Assessment (SSA) per pupils and the special and specific grant allocations per pupil for each local education authority in England for 2000–01. The special and specific grant totals include the £290 million for schools announced in the Budget on 21 March, and the £50 million announced on 25 November 1999, decisions on the allocation of which my right hon. Friend has now taken.
