Those were "The Prevention and Control of Organised Crime: A European Union Strategy for the Beginning of the New Millennium (CRIMORG 36, reference 6611/00)" and "The Draft European Action Plan on common action for the Russian Federation on combating organised crime (CRIMORG 39, reference 6698/00)". Copies of these documents have been placed in the Library.
