The most recent independent and objective report on the environmental consequences of the Kosovo conflict that I am aware of is the UN Environment Programme report: "The Kosovo Conflict: Consequences for the Environment". The report concluded, inter alia, that an environmental catastrophe had not taken place in Kosovo. A copy of the report has been placed in the Library of the House.
