To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions what steps he plans to take to ensure that the EU Court of Auditors' decision permitting release of agricultural support to farmers on condition that they minimise the width of hedges between fields, does not undermine the EU directives on biodiversity in the countryside.
