To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport what recent discussions he has had with the Secretary of State for the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions regarding the amount of funding provided by local authorities to(a) the arts, (b) museums and galleries and (c) supporting the upkeep of listed buildings.
