§ Mr. MullinThe Housing Transfer Programme currently runs from 1 April each year until 31 March the following year. In 1996–97, 22,248 housing units were transferred. In 1997–98, 32,982 units were transferred, and 73,900 units transferred in 1998–99. Details are set out in the table:
