To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions on what date he received the Planning Inspector's reports on the planning application for the site of St. Mary's Hospital, Stannington, Northumberland. [95104]

The report by the Inspector who conducted the public inquiry into the called-in planning application for the site of St. Mary's Hospital, Northumberland reached Government officials on 5 February 1999.

The hon. Member will know that the Secretary of State's decision to refuse the application was issued on 21 October.
