§ Janet AndersonDigital radio broadcasting is at an early stage of development in the UK. It is premature to set a timetable for the switch-over of analogue services to digital at this time. However, I look forward to the launch of the first national commercial digital radio services in November and to the future growth of commercial and BBC digital radio services.
