§ Mr. McFallThe adult education centre in Portavogie was officially closed down by the East Down Institute for Further and Higher Education in June 1998. The South Eastern Education and Library Board carried out a feasibility study into possible renovation of the building but it proved too costly. I understand that the premises will now be offered for public sale.
