North Korea: Missile Building Facilities

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they have discussed with the United States Administration the possibility of the latter bombing, or otherwise destroying, North Korea's missile fabrication facilities, in the cause of preemptive counterproliferation; if not, whether they will now do so; and whether such an attack would be in accordance with international law. [HL3994]
