§ Mr. SpellarTheDaily Mail has not, this year, sought permission from the Ministry of Defence to reproduce the insignia of the Parachute Regiment, and no royalties or fees have been received. Dispensation from royalties and fees is generally given for the publication of Crown Copyright material in newspapers and magazines, in the interest of good public relations.
