The Government is committed to offering continuing learning opportunities for young people. Those, for example, who have successfully completed NVQ qualifications at level 2 are encouraged to progress to further training or vocational education. Many will opt for Modern Apprenticeships, where funding is available until the young person's 25th birthday.
