§ Mr. HillThe Rail Regulator has prepared a draft revision of his Code of Practice "Meeting the needs of Disabled Passengers". The draft version is currently subject to a technical consultation and the Regulator plans to publish the document in draft form during November 1999. He will invite comments from a wide range of interested parties including rail operators and representatives of disability groups.
