§ Lord WhittyI understand from London Transport that Sister Virtus was prosecuted for contravening Regulation 7(2)(f) of the Public Service Vehicles (Conduct of Drivers, Inspectors, Conductors and Passengers) Regulations 1990 (SI 1990/1020) contrary to Section 25(3) of the Public Service Vehicles Act 1981.
