Further to the Written Answer by Lord Bassam of Brighton on 8 November (WA 117), whether they will arrange for a copy of the presidency paper, prepared jointly with the European Union Commission and the Council Secretariat, on the results of the Tampere European Council to be placed in the Library of the House.
