§ Mr. Chris SmithMy Department and its agencies have no functions which directly provide business for(a) Crown post offices or (b) other post offices. It is not likely that this situation will change in the future. However, we have significant business with both Royal Mail and Parcelforce, who provide the bulk of our mail collection and delivery services.
