§ Mr. MandelsonThe funding arrangements for devolved administrations are set out in "Funding the Scottish Parliament, National Assembly for Wales and Northern Ireland Assembly—A Statement of Funding Policy" published by HM Treasury on 31 March 1999. Provision for the cost of the Northern Ireland Assembly and the local Departments will be found from within the resources transferred on devolution.
