§ Mrs. RocheThe number of persons excluded in each of the past five years is given in the table. This includes both those refused under paragraph 320(6) of the Immigration Rules and those excluded from the United Kingdom where my right hon. Friend the Home Secretary, has reason to believe they intend to travel to this country.

No such appeals have so far been heard.
There is one recorded challenge of an exclusion decision by judicial review, in the case of the Reverend Moon, which did not quash the decision but found that the Reverend Moon should have been given an opportunity to respond to the reasons for excluding him.
