§ Mr. McFallThe Training and Employment Agency has introduced a number of measures to increase the prospects for employment of young people namely, New Deal, Graduate Development Programme and other management development programmes. In addition Government have given a guarantee of training places to all young people under 18 in Northern Ireland. This is delivered through Jobskills and the Modern Apprenticeship Programme.
